We service both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We routinely travel within an hour of Hudson, New Hampshire but may travel further depending on the project.

Do you offer warranties on your decks?
Our company offers warranties along with the manufacturer warranties on their products.

What is your deck estimate process?
You can reach out to us by phone, email or through our submission form. In most cases we can gather enough information from you over email to build an accurate preliminary estimate. If need be we can also accommodate a home visit to build the estimate. In either case we will then meet with you at your home to review the estimate and decide some final details. If you decide to proceed we require a signed contract and a deposit to reserve your mater
Do you offer other services besides deck building?
Although building decks, porches and screen rooms is our specialty we do occasionally take on other exterior projects including doors, windows, gazebos and pergolas.

How long does a deck last?
Modern pressure treated frames are only expected to last 10 to 15 years. However much of the composite materials in the decking and railings could last from 25-50 years.
Our solution is our steel framing to make the frame last as long as your decking and railings.
How much does a deck cost?
This is the hardest question to answer because of how many variables go into building a deck. The best way to find out the costs associated with having a deck built, is to contact us! We are always happy to discuss your plans for your project

How long does it take to build a deck?
The average deck takes less than one week to build! Some more extensive projects can take longer but it is not the norm.
When can you build a deck?
We can actually build a deck all year round! Many times winter, early spring or late fall are the best times to have your deck built. This way when the warmer weather does arrive you won’t have to wait to use your beautiful new outdoor living space!

Why should you use steel instead of pressure treated wood?
Steel has many advantages over Pressure treated lumber. The most important being longevity. Currently pressure treated framing lasts 10-15 years. With composite decking lasting up to 50 years shouldn’t the frame last just as long or longer?

Does steel framing cost more than wood?
Not necessarily! While the material for a wood deck may be cheaper, the process for steel is much faster. Our prices tend to be competitive when comparing to wood decks with similar composite decking and composite railings.
Do Steel Decks Rust?
The steel joists are made from galvanized steel which means they are rust resistant. Any signs of rust are normally from shavings from when we drill through the steel. This can typically be washed away.
Can composite decking be put on steel framing?
Yes! We use specialized fasteners.
Can Steel Span Farther than Wood?
Yes steel can span much farther than wood. This allows us to use less footings and fewer load bearing beams.
