Warranty Information

We like to think our warranty far exceeds the industry standard. We are committed to our customers and want them to enjoy their project/remodel for many years to come. So we have decided to increase our warranty from the standard 1 year. Below is our detailed warranty outlining certain services we provide. Keep in mind that this warranty is for workmanship only! Our vendors and products have their own warranty from the manufacturers. Please see our Products or Vendors pages for more details.

1 YEAR WARRANTY - All services we provide have this basic warranty unless noted otherwise.

2 YEAR WARRANTY - We warranty all of the following for 2 years from completion of project.

ADDITIONS, BASEMENTS, DECKS, PAINTING, PORCHES, SIDING

5 YEAR WARRANTY - We warranty all of the following for 5 years from completion of project.
