In 2009 my wife and I moved to New Hampshire. The house we bought had a nice two car garage but we needed a third stall for our Jeep and camper. We inquired with our realtor and others regarding who we could work with for the addition. We were given Ed Lenzi’s name due to his good reputation as a builder. The following month we contacted four contractors including Ed. Upon reviewing the quotes we found Ed to be very competitive, and also seem to offer creative options to meet our needs. A time line was worked out and work was started right on time, ­and the job was also completed on time. Ed had very good working relationships with his sub-­‐contractors and laborers. All in all we were very pleased with the results. We have since recommended Ed to neighbors and other friends and he has done a very good job in meeting their needs.

I asked Ed to source material and build a pergola for me that I saw in a design magazine. He sourced two awesome fiberglass columns that are load bearing and low maintenance. The rest was pressure treated lumber and concrete footings. The system is attached to my existing deck and has weathered well over the years. The space created is an outside room that has natural shade from grape vines overhead as well as a misting system to keep us cool in August. The gardens, grill and fountain make it a great place to relax or entertain. Ed Lenzi did a fine job and met all my expectations in terms a quality work and fair price. I would not hesitate to call on them for any project.

I would like to say I have been doing business with Ed and Lenzi Construction over the last several years. I am extremely happy with Ed’s work and his work ethics. We had a new roof put on the house and later had the outside repaired and repainted in what turn out to be a difficult color. I was very happy with how the house turned out. The best it has looked in years. Ed also did my daughters roof and a neighbors and all were again very pleased with his work. I look forward to working with Ed again in the future.

I just wanted to thank you very much for your first-rate work that you had done on my deck last fall. My wife and I have been going back and forth on design and materials for what seemed like a year. Your assistance in clarifying the design and the type of material, in this case Fiberon, was critical in helping us finalize the decision and ultimately move forward with the project.

I had a conversation with a colleague of mine that was looking to build a deck and I recommended to him that they should call you. He asked me why. I simply said that Ed runs his business like you would hope every contractor does; that is like a professional. Ed calls you back, Ed is flexible on the design (even mid-way through the project), when Ed tells you he’s going to do something he does, Ed runs his company like you and I would.

Lenzi Construction and Remodeling, LLC designed and built our deck using a composite decking material. After several years our deck started to deteriorate rapidly so we contacted Ed Lenzi, owner, to help us identify the cause. After discovering that the decking material was faulty he assisted us with submitting a claim against the company. With Ed’s persistence, we received fair compensation for the material. He took the time to help us pick out new material and then Lenzi Construction and Remodeling rebuilt our deck, at no additional cost to us. Yes, he rebuilt our deck for free! Ed is honest, fair, answers his phone and responds to his emails. He has proven to us that he stands behind his work even years after completion. My wife and I have been very pleased with the work Ed and his company has done for us over the years. He did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen several years ago. His work is top notch and so was the work of his subcontractors used for the job. He was very flexible in working with me to allow me to do some of the work to save a few bucks.
