All of our subcontractors are fully insured and qualified with a minimum of 10 years experience. Lenzi Construction & Remodeling has many requirements from our subcontractors so that we can provide quality work in a timely manner.

Our subcontractors are a large part in our business. A company cannot deliver to its customers a quality service without having the right tools to assist them. Our subcontractors stand behind their work, they are committed to us and our customer. We warranty our service for 1-5 years and we require our subcontractors to do so as well.

Our subcontractors are not only experienced, they enjoy working for our company and in most cases put us first. The largest reason is that we pay our subcontractors when the job is complete. We do not wait the industry standard of 30-90 days to pay. All parties involved benefit from this. As a customer, you are protected from any possible liens on your property.
