STRUCTURE: The most important issue when building our decks is the support and structure of the deck. You will see from the pictures on this page that we are committed to strength and quality. We use post and beam systems with 6x6 posts for added strength. You may want to build a room, put a hot tub or just have a large party. Rest assure, our decks give you that peace of mind that you are safe for whatever reason your deck was constructed. At times it is necessary to add bracing on our post and beam.This  method increase the stability and decrease the movement of the deck. We guarantee that our decks will hold up to whatever you want to use them for. Most contractor and remodelers will warranty their decks for one year. We warrantee our decks for 2 years. Our frames are constructed 2x8 or 2x10 pressure treated #1 lumber 16" on center for pressure treated decking and 12" or 16" on center for pvc or composite (depending on the manufacturer requirements). We use double joists around the perimeter of our frame.

RAILINGS: We secure all our railing posts inside the frame and add extra joists and blocking for added strength. No one likes railings that wobble. Our railing posts are 4'-6' aprart depending on the size  size of your deck plans, this also adds to the railing strength. Our railing are all secured with the best screws on the market. We can customize your railings to your plans. There are many different railing style and we can help you design a railing that will be customized to your deck. From pressure treated to fully composite vinyl railing systems, we use only the best. You won't find us using the low quality railings from your local chain retailer. Our vinyl railings are strong and pleasantly appealing.
